2. It is mainly used for plasticizing natural rubber and unsaturated synthetic rubber. It can catalyze the breaking of molecular chains during the plastic process, and combine with the free radicals at the broken chain ends of rubber molecules to prevent the reconnection of free radicals at the broken ends of rubber, so as to rapidly reduce the Mooney viscosity of raw rubber, shorten the plastic time, reduce energy consumption, reduce production costs and improve production capacity.

3. It is a derivative of DBD, with a general DBD content of 40%. It can also be customized according to customer needs. Chlorine free, environmentally friendly and non-toxic. It is in the form of blue gray particles, which is more convenient to operate than the traditional powdered plasticizer and can flow freely.

4. Usage: ① add it separately during molding; ② When preparing the first stage carbon black masterbatch by direct mixing, it is recommended to add it at the initial stage of mixing, and the recommended addition amount is 0.1-0.5% of the compound. ③ And added together with the promoters m and DM. The effect is best at 150-160 ℃.
