Product introduction and Application
1. BN-3 tackifying resin is a modified tert butyl phenolic tackifying resin. It is mainly applied to natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, nitrile, chloroprene rubber, etc. to manufacture high-performance tires, conveyor belts, V-belts, rubber tubes, rubber rollers, rubber sheets, rubber linings, wires and cables, adhesives and tire turning materials. This product has similar performance with koresin acetylene resin of BASF company in Germany. 2. Compared with the general alkyl phenol resin, it can better improve the initial viscosity, storage viscosity and viscosity retention under humid and hot conditions of the rubber, prevent the surface migration of oil softeners from reducing the viscosity of the rubber, and thus ensure the quality stability of rubber products. 3. This resin has a high softening point. It is recommended to add it at the early stage of mixing, and the general dosage is 2-5% of the raw rubber. The product has the functions of softener and plasticizer, which can appropriately reduce the amount of operating oil. 4. This product is soluble in gasoline and toluene, and can be sealed for long-term storage.
