Reinforcing resin

The resin plays a plasticizing role before vulcanization. After vulcanization, it can effectively increase the tensile strength, hardness, stiffness, aging resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and solvent resistance of rubber, and has excellent wear resistance. Widely used in tires, heels, soles, conveyor belts, etc. When the resin is used, the effect is better when the accelerator HMT is added.

Rubber accelerator HMT

    This product is modified hexamethylenetetramine. It is a white powder, which can be sublimated and decomposed when heated to 200 ℃. It can be ignited with an open fire at normal temperature, and is hardly soluble in ether and aromatic hydrocarbons. It is mainly used in radial tire as a curing agent of reinforcing resin, which can improve the hardness of rubber products; It forms a bonding system with resorcinol and other additives, which plays an important role in the bonding between rubber and fiber. Used together with reinforcing resin, dosage: 1 part of accelerator and 8-10 parts of reinforcing resin.
