Efficient adhesion promoter for rubber, fiber and steel wire

1. Bn-6b resin is a kind of methylene acceptor adhesive used in the m-a-white adhesive system, which can completely replace resorcinol monomer. The adhesive effect is generated by reaction with the methylene donor, and is used to increase the adhesion between rubber and framework material.

2. Bn-6b resin reacts with methylene donors (such as formaldehyde, paraformaldehyde, hexamethylenetetramine, hexamethoxymethylmelamine, and 2-n-2-methyl-1-propanol) to form thermosetting resin. Therefore, bn-6b can be ideally used in rubber to improve the adhesion of rubber to various steel wires and cords;

3. Bn-6b resin is more environmentally friendly than resorcinol and has higher performance retention after aging;

4. The recommended dosage is 1.0-3.0 minutes, which needs to be used in combination with methylene donor hmmm. The recommended ratio is 1:1.0-1.5.

5. It has higher softening point than bn-6a resin, anti caking and stronger adhesion.

Packaging and storage

BN-6B resin is packed in paper plastic composite bags, 25kg / bag.

It should be stored in a dry and cool place. The warranty period is 24 months.
